Orders
You will be notified via email when an order is placed and as soon as it is shipped you will be sent another email. Shipment confirmation will be sent with a tracking number included.
Please note that all orders are shipped with a tracking number.
Production Time
We ensure that the products we make are available for order to get the product to you faster but if the items are stated as made to order then production time is as follows:
Book Sleeves: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be shipped and ready.
Bookmarks and Planners: Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be ready and shipped.
All orders are made and shipped according to the order they were made.
Refunds and Exchanges
We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number within 7 days of receiving your product, we’ll take care of the rest’
